Return & Exchange Policy – Blend

At Blend, your satisfaction matters.

  • Inspection on Delivery: Please check your order in front of the delivery person.

  • Returns: If you wish to return, notify the delivery person immediately. Delivery charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for both return and re-delivery charges.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact.

  • Limit: A maximum of 2 items per order can be returned/exchanged.
